This fee covers delivery, return shipping, and applicable tax/handling charges.
The exchange fee must be paid before the replacement order is dispatched.
To ensure a smooth and transparent exchange process, please record a short video while handing the product to the delivery rider. The video should clearly show the product, its condition, and the sealed package before it is given to the rider.
This helps protect both the customer and our team in case of any disputes. If the rider or customer claims that the wrong, damaged, or incomplete product was handed over, the video will serve as evidence to determine where the issue occurred.
Exchange requests involving disputes may not be processed without a clear handover video.
