Return & Refund
Thank you for choosing Elegancia. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original Elegancia packaging within 7 days.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please let us know when sending back the unwanted item.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense, and delivery charges for the exchanged item will also need to be covered.
For refunds, customers must return the product at their own cost, and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund (even if free delivery was originally provided). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your bank account or through Easypaisa/Jazz Cash only.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable; however, exchanges for size, color, or product are allowed based on availability.
Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account once processed, but in rare cases, it may take up to 10 working days (per Shopify's terms and conditions). Elegancia will only receive the amount specified on your checkout page.
